Our SymbolWith symbolic ties to the discoverers of Rhenium and the Rhine River whence it was found, we at Robertson Environmental LLC are proud to share its chemical symbol as our own. Known as Chemistry's Missing Link, Rhenium (Re) has a special place in history as it was the last of the naturally occurring, non-radioactive elements to be found. Its discovery in 1925 completed Mendeleev's iconic Periodic Table of the Elements. Further, Rhenium at 5,597°C (10,107°F) has the second highest boiling temperature of any element, remaining a liquid at temperatures exceeding that of the surface of the Sun.

Re(ally) Carbon NeutralRobertson Environmental LLC is committed to being Carbon Neutral. Vehicle travel is our largest carbon contribution which along with keeping the heat on in the office we calculated that we had contributed 19 tonnes of CO2 to the atmosphere between 2017 to 2021. While we have been on 100% renewal electricity since our founding through the Blue Sky program, we were able to offset the carbon we are producing through a sequestration project in the Yaeda Valley of Tanzania, potentially making us Carbon Negative.
Very pleased to have found Native, a reputable Public Benefit Corporation and Certified B-Corp, based in Burlington, Vermont, my second hometown and locale of one of my alma maters - University of Vermont to administer the certification.
