Water Quality ~ Sampling and Analysis  
Robertson Environmental is your water quality expert on the Oregon Coast.  Through our partner labs we are able to offer literally hundreds of water quality tests to meet your needs. Some of our most popular packages revolve around what is most important to all of us ~ our tap water.  Whether from a domestic well, spring, or you want to check your home's plumbing for heavy metals, we can help.  We get answers to the question everyone always asks us..."Well, how's the water?"
  • ​Well Water Testing:  Sampling and analysis for Total Coliform Bacteria, Arsenic, and Nitrate for Oregon's requirements for Real Estate Transaction Law (OAR 333-061-0335). Includes sample bottles, sample collection, sample preservation, and processing of chain of custody forms for quality assurance and quality control.
  • Heavy Metals First Draw:  Residential water quality test for lead, copper, and zinc. Done as first draw after 6 hours of no water use. Includes sample bottles, sample preservation, and processing of chain of custody forms for quality assurance and quality control.
  • Well and Spring Water Package:  Suite of parameters which identify common water quality issues. Provides analysis of heavy metals (Copper, Lead, and Zinc) from plumbing, plus the analytes of Copper, Lead, Zinc, pH, Specific Conductance, Arsenic, Chloride, Copper, Fluoride, Hardness, Iron, Lead, Manganese, Nitrate, Sodium, Sulfate, & Zinc from the Flushed System Draw. A free Total Coliform / E. coli Bacteria test is also included, making this the best value for residences on well or spring water.
  • Water Quality Report:  Official sampling record and analytical results filed with with State of Oregon and prospective buyers in Real Estate Transactions.

At Robertson Environmental we make use of the latest digital data to create high quality maps for our clients.  Merging LiDAR, aerial imagery, and tax lot data we are able to produce mapping products for people interested in everything from restoration to recreation. 
  • What is LiDAR?   It stands for Light Detection and Ranging, and it is a remote sensing method using laser light to measure distances.  When deployed on a airplane or UAV  are used to create precise elevation maps as seen here.
